Hosted by the SOL Food Leaders at Greener Partners, "Eat a Rainbow" focuses on healthy eating by literally eating the rainbow! Youth will learn about the different types of vegetables and their colors as well as what those colors can indicate in terms of health benefits. Students will also get the chance to gain hands-on experience cooking up a delicious veggie stir fry and to play games based on the day's lessons.
Hosted by the SOL Food Leaders at Greener Partners, "Eat a Rainbow" helps students make better drink options. The workshop will discuss the amount of sugar in every day beverages compared to healthier alternatives. Wrapping up the workshop, youth will get to make and taste two healthy drinks without any added sugar.

Health Promotion Council's Advocacy Institute presents the Third Annual #RUISE Youth Summit!
This year's summit will feature workshops on MEDIA, YOUTH EMPOWERMENT, COMMUNITY ADVOCACY and POLICY. The youth summit is open to youth ages 13 -18 years old. Adult Chaperones with youth group (5 youth minimum) are allowed to attend the summit as volunteers.
